Our dedicated peptide block runs both Fmoc and Boc SPPS chemistry on automated synthesisers (CEM Liberty, AAPPTec Apex), with downstream purification by preparative HPLC and lyophilisation under GMP. Typical batch sizes range from 1g (research) to 200g (commercial) per cycle. Longer peptides (40+ residues) are made by native chemical ligation. We’ve made peptides as long as 86 residues to specification.
